We are seeking candidates for a full-time Administrative Coordinator position. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for all financial transaction processing, including daily deposits, accounts payables, payroll tax filings, and payroll. The position also records all financial activity and standard journal entries into Sage 50 (formerly Peachtree) accounting software, reconciles accounts, and generates, stores, and distributes financial reports. The Administrative Coordinator also performs standard human resources functions and assists the Executive Director in other administrative duties as needed.
